Sahulatcart is a product of Nubrix Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Pakistan. We build software that lets a Pakistani shop sell on WhatsApp without anyone sitting at the phone. We are a technology provider: our customers are merchants, and our product is the assistant that answers their customers for them.

What we do

Most shopping in Pakistan starts as a WhatsApp message, and most of it dies there — because somebody has to be awake to answer it. Sahulatcart connects to a merchant's own WhatsApp Business number and replies for them: it answers product questions from the merchant's own catalogue, haggles within price floors the merchant sets, collects delivery details, records whether the buyer is paying cash on delivery or by bank transfer, produces an order slip, and tells the merchant an order has come in.

The merchant sees every conversation in a web portal and can take over any chat at any moment.

How we build it

• Prices are decided by code, not by AI. The negotiation floor and every discount rule are computed deterministically from the merchant's settings. The language model interprets messages and phrases replies — it cannot invent a price or exceed a discount. Every reply quoting a price is checked against the engine's own figure before it is sent.
• We never touch money. No payment gateway, no wallet, no custody of funds. Payment is cash on delivery, or a bank transfer straight into the merchant's own account. This is a deliberate design choice, not a gap.
• The merchant is always in control. Human takeover on any chat, and a buyer can always ask for a person or cancel.
• It speaks the way customers actually write. Roman Urdu, code-switched, voice notes included — not formal English.
• We never invent facts. The assistant answers only from what the merchant has told it. If it does not know, it says it will check with the owner.

Our relationship with WhatsApp and Meta

Sahulatcart is an independent technology provider building on the WhatsApp Business Platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the platform our software works with.

For buyer conversations we act as a data processor on the merchant's behalf. We do not build profiles of WhatsApp users, we do not train AI models on message data, and we do not share data between merchants. Our Privacy Policy sets this out in full, and our User Agreement makes it contractually binding.
